• Planned the overall campaign structure.
• Managed and coordinated Japanese animations licenses with Kadokawa.
• Managed and produced all designs and copywriting.
Japan National Tourism Organization (JNTO) held a pitch for the Japan Cherry Blossom Campaign in China. The challenge
was how to promote Japan’s cherry blossom sites. My team proposed collaborating with Japanese animations that feature cherry blossom scenes. As a result, we won the pitch, collaborated with five Japanese animations, and developed a
special website to introduce the cherry blossom sites featured in the animations. It went viral among anime fans in China.
