• Produced Japan tour packages with Japanese government and influencers.
Japan National Tourism Organization (JNTO) held a pitch for the Japanese Traditional Culture Campaign in China. The challenge was how to make Chinese people interested in Japanese traditional culture through their stay in Japan. My team proposed creating original Japanese traditional culture tours with Chinese travel influencers, leveraging their local perspectives. As a result, we won the pitch, developed an original tour package, sold it online, and also produced videos and articles for promotion through various social media channels.
Result: Achieved 60 million views and 500,000 product sales.
